After spending 13+ years in the corporate world as a marketing professional by day and a freelance writer (and fashion blogger!) by night, I merged my marketing expertise and my flair for social media to create McCulloch Communications, a content marketing and social media agency based in Chicago.
I soon noticed that many of the women in my professional sphere had also opted out of the corporate world to start their own small businesses. They needed help with marketing and social media, but the larger agencies did not offer the services, flexibility and price point that they needed. I knew that I could help! That’s when my love of small business marketing was born.

That's right, I'm a southern girl and most of my family is still down there. I've lived in Chicago for over 10 years, but I go home to visit often! My accent is always a bit stronger when I come back!

I started a fashion blog over 10 years ago...before anyone even knew what a blog was! I've kept it up and have worked with hundreds of independent businesses and national retailers on product reviews, outfit posts, styling videos, social media posts and event hosting. I love fashion and enjoy sharing my outfits and photos with my followers!

Hiking is one of my absolute favorite things to do. Being out in nature is the best stress reliever. Some of my favorite places in the world are National Parks, I've been to over 10 of them so far and I plan to visit them all! One of the best moments of my life was hiking to the top of Angel's Landing in Zion National Park.

My biggest vices: coffee & ice cream
Coffee is one of my greatest pleasures in life, and I just can't give it up! Sure, I love tea too...but there's just nothing that can beat a strong, dark roast. And don't even get me started on my other love: ice cream! My entire family is obsessed it, so my love affair began very early!
